We are delighted to announce the appointment of Kirsten Shearn as part time Fund Raising and Marketing Manager. She has over fifteen years marketing, fundraising and business development in the Not for Profit/NGO sector and is the current Chief Inspiration Officer at The Inspiration Factory in Western Australia. Kirsten lives in the Perth Hills with her three small children and one fluffy dog.
Kirsten’s passion is making a difference to people’s life in whatever direction is meaningful for them. Having the opportunity to work alongside MLF to better the livliehoods of women in sub-saharan Africa is a dream come true and she hopes to fundraise enough over the next two years to build a new office and start up loan capital.
