Ubuntu Art Exhibition – Sydney College of Art
Buy original art work from gifted painters and support the MicroLoan Foundation, Friday 25th – 27th February 2011.
We are incredibly honoured that Ubuntu Art has chosen to support us at their 2011 exhibition to take place at the Sydney College of Art, Callan Park, Rozelle.
Ubuntu was the brain child of three individuals who wanted to give something back to society, whilst combining this with their passion for art.
Over the last few years Ian Thomas, Gillian Johnston and Cathy McQuade have managed to convince many hundreds of gifted Australian artists to Give to Ubuntu one of their treasured artworks. These paintings are displayed, and made available for sale, at the Sydney College of Art over a single weekend.
To date more than 100 artists have given up their art work for the 2011 show.
All monies raised are given to a single charity each year, and this year we are delighted that they chose MicroLoan to support.
